Todays Date -

We are Alan and Tracey Honeyman, We got married on the 14th May 2005 at the Bluebell Railway in Sussex and what a fantastic day we had. Many thanks to both the staff at the Bluebell, and our guests.

We live in Sutton in Surrey, it has the best of both worlds, easy commuting into London, and a short distance from the wonderful North Downs where we can be found hacking around on our mountain bikes.

Both Tracey and I love steam railways, we are members of the Bluebell Railway Preservation Society. I am a volunteer on the Permanent Way team. We also love fishing, in fact we spent our Honeymoon fishing in Devon ! When we wish to go fishing locally you will find us at Bury Hill Fishery, near Dorking, mainly after the wonderful carp there. Tracey also loves cross stitching and I am into model railways.

Alan is still working in what feels like the busiest bike shop ever Pearson Cycle Specialists The oldest bike shop in the world !

It is that time of year again when Alan feels he has to ride flat out for ten miles just for the fun of it ! The Redmon CC Ten Mile Time Trials start in April.

We witnessed history by riding down to see Stage One of the Tour De France in Tonbridge Click Here to see the pelaton blasting along the High Street.

Tracey and I have become roadies ! Feeling the need for speed we have both got new road bikes This is mine a 2007 Specialized Tarmac Comp and This is Traceys a 2006 Specialized Dolce Elite. In the last couple of weeks Tracey has climbed the zig-zag at Boxhill twice !

Tracey and I completed the Downs Link Bike Ride for Cancer Research UK on Sunday 24th of September. Click Here to see our picture at the end of the ride, it was a tad muddy ! We have no dates yet for our next fund raising event, but I will update the web site with details when we get them.

I recently built a new Mountain Bike based around a 2007 Specialized S-Works frame. I'd like to thank Guy and Brian at Corridori Cycles for their help. I have used this shop for years and would happily recommend you pay a visit, either to the store in Banstead, or on line.

We have been back to Devon again this year, and would like to advise you, that if you are in the Holsworthy area, try the Bickford Arms it does great food and has a really good atmosphere, you will not be disappointed.
